Applicable Annual Lease Rent (Rs. per hectare) under the Scheme (to be escalated 5% every two years) applicable initially for a period of 26 years (including 25 years PPA duration): योजना के तहत किसान / भूमि मालिक को निम्न सूची के अनुसार वार्षिक लीज शुल्क प्राप्त होगा। यह हर दो साल में 5% की दर से बढ़ाया जायेगा जोकि शुरू में 26 साल की अवधि (25 साल PPA अवधि सहित) के लिए लागू होगा:

Developer to pay the agreed lease rent amount to the farmer / land owneror, authorized individual directly as per agreement payable during plant installation and commissioning phase (i.e. 9 months from award of contract). विकासकर्ता (Developer) को किसान/भूमि मालिक या अधिकृत व्यक्ति को सोलर पावर प्लांट की स्थापना और चालु करने के दौरान, अनुबंध करने के 9 महीने के भीतर लीज़ किराया राशि भुगतान का करना होगा।
Discoms to pay the applicable land lease rent directly to the registered farmer / land owner or, authorized individual and will recover the same from the monthly energy payables to developer after commissioning of the solar power plant. डिस्कॉम भूमि की लीज़ के किराए का भुगतान सीधे पंजीकृत किसान / भूमि मालिक या अधिकृत व्यक्ति को करेगा और डिस्कॉम इसकी वसूली सोलर पावर प्लांट के चालू होने के बाद, विकासकर्ता को देय मासिक ऊर्जा शुल्क के भुगतान से करेगा।
The applicable lease rent under the scheme shall be payable to the farmer / land owner or, authorized individual only after meeting following conditions: योजना के तहत लीज़ किराया किसान / भूमि मालिक या अधिकृत व्यक्ति को निम्नलिखित शर्तों को पूरा करने के बाद ही देय होगा:
- Work for setting up a solar PV project on the referenced land is awarded to a developer by Discom, विकासकर्ता को डिस्कॉम द्वारा संदर्भित भूमि पर सोलर पावर प्लांट परियोजना स्थापित करने का कार्य आदेश दे दिया जाता है,
- The selected developer has executed Bi-party with the farmer / land owner for the land registered on the portal and furnish the same to designated Discoms’ office. चयनित विकासकर्ता ने पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत भूमि के लिए किसान/भू-स्वामी के साथ भूमि लीज़ समझौता कर लिया है और उसे संबधित डिस्कॉम के कार्यालय में प्रस्तुत किया है।
Merely registration of land on the dedicated portal for the scheme shall not entitle the land owner to receive the lease rent. योजना के लिए पोर्टल पर केवल भूमि का पंजीकरण करवाना ही भूमि स्वामी को लीज़ किराया प्राप्त करने का अधिकार नहीं देगा।
