- It shall be responsibility of the farmer / land owner to offer land of clear title, free from litigation and any incumbrances. For any false information or legal issues arises at any later stage, the farmer / land owner shall be responsible and no compensation / damages shall be paid by Discoms / Developers. यह किसान/भू-स्वामी की जिम्मेदारी होगी कि वह स्पष्ट स्वामित्व वाली भूमि, मुकदमेबाजी और किसी भी प्रकार के भार से मुक्त प्रदान करें। किसी भी बाद के चरण में किसी भी गलत सूचना या कानूनी मुद्दों के लिए, किसान / भूमि मालिक जिम्मेदार होगा और डिस्कॉम / डेवलपर्स द्वारा कोई मुआवजा / हर्जाना नहीं दिया जाएगा।
- The Developer shall be responsible for verification of land ownership / information submitted by farmer / land owner and check for any litigation / disputes / any other issue(s) prior to execution of . विकासकर्ता भूमि के स्वामित्व/किसान/भूस्वामी द्वारा प्रस्तुत जानकारी के सत्यापन के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा और भूमि पट्टा समझौते के निष्पादन से पहले किसी भी मुकदमेबाजी/विवादों/किसी अन्य मुद्दे की जांच के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा।
- Under NO circumstances, Discom will be a party and/or, held responsible for any loss or, dispute arising between the farmer / land owner and the developer. किसी भी परिस्थिति में, डिस्कॉम एक पक्ष नहीं होगा और/या, किसान/भूमि मालिक और विकासकर्ता के बीच उत्पन्न होने वाले किसी भी नुकसान या विवाद के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा।
- Merely submission of application on the portal by the farmer / land owner doesn’t guarantee the off take of land and / or, payment of under the scheme. किसान/भूस्वामी द्वारा केवल पोर्टल पर आवेदन जमा करने से योजना के तहत भूमि के अधिग्रहण और/या भूमि पट्टे के भुगतान की गारंटी नहीं है।
- The shall be considered and paid by Discom directly only after execution of the agreement and commissioning of solar PV power plant by the developer. Discom to recover the lease amount from the energy payables to the developer by Discom. भूमि पट्टे पर विचार किया जाएगा और विकासकर्ता द्वारा सोलर पीवी पावर प्लांट के चालू होने के बाद ही सीधे डिस्कॉम द्वारा भुगतान किया जाएगा। डिस्कॉम द्वारा डेवलपर को देय ऊर्जा से लीज राशि की वसूली के लिए डिस्कॉम।
- After execution of and till the solar PV power plant is commissioned by the developer, the developer shall be responsible for payment of the lease amount to the farmer / land owner. भूमि पट्टा समझौते के निष्पादन के बाद और जब तक विकासकर्ता द्वारा सौर पीवी बिजली संयंत्र चालू नहीं किया जाता है, तब तक विकासकर्ता किसान / भूमि मालिक को पट्टे की राशि के भुगतान के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा।
